This cable railing system won’t block your view when you rest on deck. Also nearly no maintenance required. Unlike turnbuckle systerm, this simple deck cable system, (protectors+ lag screw) cuts down the cost by 33%. We think it combines of strength, light weight, appearance and cost effectiveness, perfect for residential or commercial.
Protect posts and maintain cable tension. This stainless steel protective sleeve is designed to prevent damage to the relatively soft wood posts from friction wear. It can maintain the cable tension to prevent vibration. Important Note, this level cable railing hardware can only be used in intermediate wood posts, not suitable for metal or angle posts.
Size: Sleeve total length: 51/64 inch; Sleeve hole inner diameter: 5/32 inch; Drill Bit Diameter: 6.5MM. These T316 protector sleeves fit for 1/8" cable railing system. Calculation of sleeves quantity needed: 2 × QTY of intermediate posts × QTY of cable runs.

- That the post spacing between two posts max 4 feet.
- The cable spacing between the 2 cable runs (upper and lower ) is 3".
- The maximum distance between two end posts of DM30 is 16 Feet.
